Who Do I Contact for Warranty Claims for Items Purchased Through Pannolino Bambino?
Please contact the company directly to inquire about their Warranty Terms if applicable. Most companies require that the warranty claims be handled through their company. We do not replace products for warranty claims as we are not the manufacturer. In some instances, some of our international companies will have us replace the product after the warranty claim has been approved.

I See An "Add-On" Ribbon What Does This Mean?
To be able to offer our customers the best experience and prices along with Free Shipping, we have chosen to implement an Add On program. By doing this items that are heavy and cost more to ship, or very inexpensive items that cannot be shipped for free without going into the red are still able to ship free. Many customers always have more than one item when ordering we have found, so we found this to be the easiest way to preserve being a free shipping retailer for our customers. We offer free domestic shipping to the USA and Military addresses abroad. We also offer a flat rate $5 International shipping option!

This means that the item is not in stock but we are ordering and will fulfill that item within 30 days.
